How do I book?
We are appointment only. Send your preferred date, time and design via Instagram DM (@mio_nail_osaka).
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday 9:00–22:00, Sunday 9:00–18:00. Open every day.
Can I book for today?
Yes, if there is a free slot. We post today's open times on Threads.
How can I pay?
Cash only.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes. Send us the image via DM.
Can I come for removal only?
Yes. Removal only is ¥3,000 for our gel and ¥4,000 for gel from another salon.
Is there a first-visit discount?
First-time customers who book via Instagram DM get free length extension up to 2.5 cm. Not available for Hot Pepper Beauty bookings.
I can't find the entrance.
There is no salon sign on the ground floor. Enter the RE-005 building (black-framed entrance), take the elevator to 7F, Room 702 with the "mio nail" door plate.
Do you speak English?
Our staff come from overseas, and some speak Japanese. Please contact us via Instagram DM first. Your nailist may be male.
